- 1 fresh ginseng
- 1 free-range chicken
- 5 black dates
- 1 liter boiling water
- 1 tsp salt
- Cook chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish and rinse.
- Put all ingredients into a double-boiler, double-boil at high heat for 3 hours.
- Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
