* 3 oz ground pork
* 1 tsp wine
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp ginger juice
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 cup broth or water
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* 1 tsp soy sauce
Directions:
- Mix ground pork with wine and soy sauce.
- Beat eggs and add ginger juice, salt, broth (or water), and meat. Mix well and place in a deep dish.
- Steam for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.\
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp soy sauce and serve
