Ingredients:
- 1 can winter melon
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp. ginger, finely shredded
- 1 oz. lean pork, cut into matchstick strips
- 1 ½ oz. prawns
- Salt, pepper and MSG to taste
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- Tip all the contents of the can into a saucepan. Cut the pieces of melon into halves if they seem very big.
- Add the stock, ginger, pork and prawns.
- Bring to boil and adjust the seasoning. Serve sprinkled with sesame oil.
