Food - Chicken Ginseng Soup

Ingredients:
  •     1 fresh ginseng
  •     1 free-range chicken
  •     5 black dates
  •     1 liter boiling water
  •     1 tsp salt
Directions:
  1. Cook chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish and rinse.
  2. Put all ingredients into a double-boiler, double-boil at high heat for 3 hours.
  3. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
